The process starts with a graphic elaboration to realize a drawing on a photographic film that will be impressed on the sheet. The metal foil will be cut and engraved only in the parts that aren't protected by photoresist.

The chemical milling is a working process on metal sheet that uses acids to create thickness reductions, engravings, cuttings and holes; this allows to realize very complex shapes.
